Lewis County Fire
District 5 operates out of three stations with a total of two
structural fire engines, one water tender, one rescue
truck, two ambulances, three wildland fire engines,
and two command vehicles. Unstaffed response stations
provide apparatus and facilities most frequently used
when additional staffing requests are made. Station
staffing, location, and aparatus type at each station is
a factor in assessing your Insurance Service
Organization (ISO) rating. This effects how your
insurance company assesses your access to fire
protection and influences the rate which you pay.
